JAMES BROOM
Director
James has been an Estimator for over a decade, working throughout East Anglia and London for a variety of main contractors. During this time he has been involved in a wide variety of projects including commercial office developments, healthcare, residential, industrial and student accommodation; with project values up to and exceeding £150 million. We currently operate using the Conquest Estimating Software which I used for Bill Preparation, Online Enquiries and Comparisons. This is a system used by many construction companies across the UK so its reports should be familiar to many. We provide an independent service for main contractors and consultants throughout the country.
DANIELLE BROOM
Estimating Administrator
Danielle joined Pinnacle Estimating in 2020. She deals with administrative duties, as well as business development.

Pinnacle Estimating Solutions are able to offer a full BOQ production service. Our billing experience ranges from industrial units and hospital extensions, to church refurbishments and bespoke house building.
COST CONSULTATION
Pinnacle Estimating Solutions has a wealth of experience within the pre-construction industry. We can offer assistance and review of cost plans, as well as peer review of sub-contractor packages.
